UK Standard Delivery:  Our parcels are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of an order being placed and we aim to deliver them to you within 5-7 working days. Our standard delivery charge is £5.00 and free for orders over £100.00.

Europe Delivery:  European orders are sent via Royal Mail, and usually take 7-10 working days to arrive and will cost £9.99

Rest of the World Delivery: International orders are sent via Royal Mail, and usually take 7-14 working days to arrive and will cost £14.99

We want you to be delighted when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return or exchange items that are not suitable. From our personal experience, we can help you choose something else, for advice email us at

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase.This does not affect your statutory rights.

It is very important that when you return an item, you include the right part of your invoice. We will provide all the return details with your clothes for you to attach to the packaging and send back. Always ask for proof of posting certificate.
All sale items are not returnable but can be exchanged for the same item in the same size or of the same value.
how to return an item

1. You will receive an invoice in your parcel. Please complete the returns section of the form using the returns codes and email us as with your order number to inform us that you will be sending an item back to us  with your order number details.
2. Detach the returns section of this form and enclose it with the goods to be returned. Please add postage as required for the items you are returning.
3. Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage.
4. Send the parcel as indicated on the returns form

We regret for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange swimwear. We reserve the right to reject your refund if the items returned arrive more than 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase, or are not in a saleable condition.
